Return Policy
Because all items are printed on demand and made specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind, wrong size selection, or similar reasons. We do accept returns and issue replacements or refunds for items that arrive damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was described.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund at your preference.
How to Request a Return
Email leehinkwork@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the problem, and photos showing the defect or damage. We will respond within 3 business days.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method through Stripe. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.
Exchanges
If you received the wrong item or a defective product, we will ship a replacement at no additional cost. For size exchanges on undamaged items, we are unable to offer exchanges due to the custom nature of print-on-demand production. We recommend consulting the size guide before ordering.
